Hats can not be return unless damaged. In the case of a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and we will repair the item or issue a credit towards your next order. All tags must still be attached. We do not exchange for a different style nor color. All returns require a return authorization number. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package and insure your order for its full value! If your shipment is lost before it is delivered back to us, we are not responsible and no credit will be issue. Refused Packages: If you are an established customer and your order is delivered and refused, a 25% restocking and delivery fee will be charged to your credit card. . If you are a new customer you will be charged a 25% restocking and delivery charge when you place your next order. (No Exceptions) No orders will be processed if this issue exists! No Wholesalers.
